Todd Fletcher, Conference Services & Catering Sales Manager, has been with The Equinox Resort since 2005.


Prior to joining The Equinox, Todd was the Manager at The Terrace Restaurant at The Tides Hotel in Miami’s South Beach. Todd has hotel front office, concierge and operations experience in many capacities at both hotels and resorts.


Todd has a passion for the extensive history of The Equinox and enjoys cycling, hiking, working out and anything outdoors when he isn’t pursuing new clients and executing events.


Beth Shaw started her tenure at the Equinox as an associate at the front desk and has recently joined the Sales team as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. She has an eclectic back ground in travel and tourism, and brings with her sales and management experience from both the airline and travel agency industries.


When not working, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places both near and far, reading and boldly embracing all that life brings.
