Deborah Lloyd, Senior Sales Manager at The Equinox Resort, is responsible for direct sales


in New York City, Connecticut (203 area code), Ohio and the Mid-West Territories. She is an active Member of MPI since 1998, the Greater New York Chapter & Westfield Chapter.


Deborah is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, working with top fortune 500 clients nationally, she has established herself as an expert in building lasting client relationships thru her ability to make each client’s meetings & events vision a reality.


Deborah’s background in hospitality includes 9 years in the gaming industry (Trump Entertainment Resorts). She worked closely with the Atlantic City Convention Bureau and industry colleagues to gain experience and knowledge to sell and service city events successfully and went on to become the Director of Sales at Stratton Mountain Resort in December 2003 while serving on the Board of Executive Directors for the Vermont Convention Bureau for 4 years. These positions provided her with a unique prospective and insight in tourism on both city locations and resort locations which allows her to provide the best advice and recommendations for her client’s events and meetings to ensure a successful and memorable experience.


During her time off Deborah enjoys spending time with her children, Emily and Erik, their dog April, family and friends. She enjoys great food, many laughs and the great outdoors. Competitive and ready for a challenge at work and off time – golf, volleyball, running, skiing and biking are some of her favorites!


Toni Goss handles the Southwest, Upstate NY, PA, NJ and Vermont. She has been with The Equinox since May 1991 where she worked in several departments before moving to the sales department in 2001. Toni started her hospitality career in reservations with Courtyard hotels central reservations office in California.


Toni is a member of the New Jersey Meeting Professional International, Northeastern New York Meeting Professional International, the Empire State Society of Association Executives and New Jersey Society of Association Executives.


In her spare time Toni plays in several pitch leagues and enjoys the outdoors as much as possible. Toni is married to Jeff and has two golden retrievers Vada and Hawkeye.
