olutely if you go to Cappadocia, ballooning is ust. Balloons take off every day of the year, from uary to December. It depends on weather: if there wind storm, it is not safe to fly and they don’t go. you can experience, if you like, a balloon trip with snow. The best period of the year is from April ctober. In the summer it’s rather hot, but you fly ng the early morning to see the sunrise, so you t feel the high temperatures.”
