Terms and Conditions
All reservations are subject to our terms and conditions of booking – the full conditions are available on our website under “About Us”. A copy is also available at any time on request to our office and will be provided to you automatically when you make a booking with us.
The main points are:
Deposits are payable on reservation and are not refundable in any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, further charges will apply if cancellation is within 10 weeks of your holiday:
More than 10 weeks before departure: 6-10 weeks of departure date: 2-6 weeks of departure date:
2 weeks or less of departure date: Loss of deposit
50% of total cost. 75% of total cost. 100% of total cost.
We are fully bonded as a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), an association approved by the Department of Trade and Industry. Ski Amis Ltd has provided a bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Packages Tours Regulations 1992 in respect of non-flight inclusive packages only. This Bond provides security for money paid over by customers and for the repatriation of customers in the event of Ski Amis insolvency. Note: Repatriation will only be provided if the travel component of your trip was paid to us.
All catered chalets are non smoking and animals are not allowed – these rules may vary in self catered accommodation, please check the individual apartment rules with us. You are required to abide by any house rules relating to self catered apartment residences.
In the event of a complaint or query relating to your holiday, this must be raised as soon as the problem arises and in all cases BEFORE your departure from the resort with the resort office to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. The local telephone number is +33 479 55 52 57.
