Resort Services
As part of our standard service, we provide a pre-booking facility for all the things you will need in resort when you arrive. We understand that arrival days can be stressful and booking everything in advance saves you a lot of trouble – our service includes:
• Ski passes – these will be available in the chalet on arrival so you avoid the queues and hassle on your arrival day
• Equipment rental at discounts of between 40% and 50% depending on the resort
• Ski lessons – both group lessons and private lessons are available with various schools and we can advise you on the best options for you
• Childcare with local crèche facilities and private nanny services
We guarantee all our prices are the same or less than you will pay in resort from the same supplier and we do not add anything for our service – everything is charged to you in euros exactly as it would be in resort. In addition, everything can be pre-booked and confirmed but payment is not due until just before your holiday so you can also manage your budget.
We will send you a “resort information pack” once you’ve booked your holiday with us and all you have to do is let us know what you need – you can either book online on our website or by speaking to one of our sales advisors on the phone.
