Gerflor's portfolio of quality, domestic vinyl floorcoverings is the result of a history of innovation and a continuing dedication to new product technologies. These innovations range from trend setting designs in product ranges that provide a wider choice of floorcoverings for the home, but without a designer price tag, to technical firsts that give added product benefits. For example, Gerflor developed and patented the original polyester textile backed vinyl, and was the pioneer of the first cushion vinyl to combine the aesthetic appeal of a domestic flooring with a commercially rated, R10 safety standard.
