EVALON® Solar single ply membrane is literally photovoltaic ‘electricity on a roll'. Utilising photovoltaic cells, it produces sustainable energy all year round. Combined with Alwitra's world-class single ply roof membrane, it offers unbeatable protection and photovoltaic energy generation all in one solution. For outstanding photovoltaic design flexibility, EVALON® Solar is suitable for a flat, curved or pitched rooves. The system incorporates power generating photovoltaic cells and is proven to produce up to 20% greater output than the common crystalline type. Ideal for a changeable climate like Britain's, EVALON® Solar does not need direct sunlight. Instead it works with diffused light. The photovoltaic electrical power generated can be used either directly in the building where it is installed or can be "sold" to an existing energy supplier.
