On September 1, Richard Davey will become the Massachusets Secretary of Transportation. Take advantage of this opportunity to hear from him soon after he assumes this position. Currently, he serves as Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) General Manager and MassDOT Rail and Transit Administrator, responsible for managing the MBTA and overseeing the Commonwealth's 15 Regional Transit Authorities and MassDOT's freight and passenger rail program.
