Your Orange allows Orange customers to review and manage their accounts via their handsets, reducing call centre enquiries and creating substantial cost savings. On the recommendation of BlackBerry manufacturer RIM, Orange turned to Penrillian to bring Your Orange (YO) to BlackBerry devices. The first version was developed in just months, with an upgrade incorporating additional functionality already planned, and future versions to follow.
