The world through my lens


On my travels I have taken immense pleasure from crossing continents overland, and visiting places that I never thought I’d reach. While the scenery around me has changed, the eagerness of people to be kind and welcoming has always been there, and I have oſt en benefi tted from it. Many of my pre-conceptions have been shattered, and now my fear of the unknown has been replaced by an obsession with maps and an eagerness to see what lies over the next mountain range.


A good photograph will transport you straight back to a moment on the road in that distant land, and you’ll recall the breath-taking view, the raucous laughter, the howling wind, or the absolute exhaustion that brought you to your knees and desperate tears. I treasure all those moments. I am tremendously lucky to have witnessed things, and met people, all of which have undoubtedly changed me and my outlook on life.
