Course Description Students will develop functional understanding as they progress through the programme in key areas relating to people, financial resources and marketing. The people strand includes a consideration of organisational behaviour, HRM and managing people. Marketing knowledge and skills are developed across the three levels. These modules are complemented by an awareness of the business environment, including e-business, contemporary issues and finally business planning and strategy. Personal development is encouraged at each level but is reinforced by specific modules. The programme structure is designed to enable students to acquire knowledge and understanding of key business disciplines while developing a range of transferrable skills.

Assessments Full-time students will be provided with an assessment calendar at the start of their study. Students will be reminded of an assessment deadline at least 2 weeks in advance of the deadline by their Academic Module Tutor and by their Programme Co-ordinators in person, via the ilearn news forum and/or by email.


Duration of Programme Three years/two years full-time.


Entry Requirements Qualifications equivalent to two UK ‘A’ levels GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent) English language ability equivalent to IELTS 6.0, where the medium of schooling was not English.
