A DINNER MENU TO DEVOUR


Great care is taken in creating a menu for all tastes and we hope you will enjoy our delicious dishes


Leek, rocket and potato soup, finished with julienne of crispy leeks (v) (g) Norwegian prawn and crayfish salad,


topped with a Marie rose sauce presented on baby gem lettuce


Suffolk chicken terrine with sun-blushed tomatoes served with spiced chutney and leaf salad


Hand carved turkey breast and homemade chestnut and apricot stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon, a light turkey jus and a delicious cranberry relish


Roasted loin of Shalford pork served with a sage and bacon stuffing, crispy crackling accompanied with a Bramley apple sauce


Poached salmon supreme with a chive and shallot sauce on a bed of samphire crushed potatoes (g)


Grilled Capel mushrooms filled with asparagus, shallot


and sun-blushed tomatoes and a red pepper dressing (v) (g) All served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes


Traditional Christmas pudding, locally produced and enriched with Suffolk ale served with a brandy sauce (v)


Rich chocolate tart served with a red berry coulis and minted cream Refreshing dessert of melon, strawberries and fruit sorbet (v)* (g)


Freshly brewed Paddy and Scott’s coffee and chocolate mints
