Eden Island, Seychelles


Eden Island is a residential marina development located just a few hundred metres from Mahé, Seychelles. Measuring over 56 hectares in size, the island hosts exclusive freehold title homes that can be accessed via more than 16 hectares of private waterways.


Eden Island’s commercial precinct features restaurants and bars, boutique shops, a supermarket and various service outlets. Residents can enjoy getting around the island’s sandy beaches using their Electrically Powered Vehicles (EPVs). In addition, the island’s proximity to Seychelles jewels such as La Digue, Praslin, Cerf and Ste Anne makes island hopping a daily treat.


We have been appointed for the design of all Electrical Reticulation and Building Services, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, Fire Detection and Smoke Ventilation.
