The Falcon Building, Pretoria
The Falcon Building will be the Pretoria regional head office for Nedbank. Situated in the Menlyn Maine precinct, this precinct will be a mixed use development and it is envisaged that the precinct will include retail and residential buildings as well as other office developments. It is intended that the Menlyn Maine development stand out as a
green node in South Africa. All buildings in the precinct will be required to target Green Star SA certification.
We have been appointed as the Structural Engineers and Sustainable Design Consultants.
