Ship Performance
FORCE Technology provides a full range of design services and onboard tools for optimizing ship performance in a seaway.
The design services and the onboard tools can be used for both existing vessel evaluation and newbuilding evaluation.
Ship design
Utilizing our advanced ship design tools, we assist the owner in minimizing fuel consumption of newbuildings or conversions. Our approach includes realistic variation in loading conditions and speeds analyzed through extensive route simulations in real-life wave and wind environments.
Onboard tools
For the ship in operation, a full range of decision-support tools is available, including our hull performance monitoring tool SeaTrend, our weather routing tool SeaPlanner and our optimum trim tool SeaTrim.
