Getting some tips from Dad.
There are many sports children play every year. Some kids play soccer, T-ball, football and many more. There is a sport over looked often due to it's rarity. That is good old fashion racing. In all the forms of youth racing parents must be heavily involved from BMX, Kart- ing to ATV racing. Racing can teach things like dedication, hard work, and good sportsmanship. Event though racing is an individual sport rather than a team sport the family environment at the track teaches camaraderie, and teaches children to work well with other racers.
Youth racing is not only a finan- cial strain but very time consum- ing. So much time is spent on the preparation of races that it can ab- sorb time directed towards school, work, family time and even free time. It is this kind of commitment

Brock Sizemore is a 5th grader out of Bakersfield, Ca. Brock races from the East coast to the West coast. The Sizemore’s attend- ed the Extreme Dirt Track (ATV TT
been racing the WORCS events out here on the West coast for the last 2 years. Brock goes above and beyond and helps with pack- ing the trailer, minor tear downs on the ATV’s, mounting tires, loading the tool box, and he can basically load trailer by himself.
