New Zealanders Garth and Kevin Irwin paddled from Victoria, B.C., up the Inside Passage to Juneau and back via the Outside Passage in a single sea- son in 2002 (see Adventure Kayak online V2 I1). They've recently launched an informative new website,
www.cankiwiskayak.com, with a slide show, maps and details about the epic voyage. Kevin went back to New Zealand but Garth stuck around and teamed up with Mike Etele to start a new paddling school, MAGIK Kayaking (short for Mike and Garth's Institute of Kayaking). We wish them excellent adventures (
