Who is your favorite professor at Duke? Professor Gilby has been my favorite professor at Duke. He taught the Evolution of Altruism class which [my brother] Dorian and I took together.
What was the last movie saw? The King’s Speech was the last movie I saw, and I thought it was phenomenal.
What would be playing if you turned your iPod on right now?
If my iPod was turned on right now, there would probably be some Simon and Garfunkel playing.
What are your plans for after graduation? I am going to pursue a Ph.D in Applied Biology in Portugal and continue doing conservation work in Brazil.
What was the last book you read that was not for a class? Most recently I read Clockers by Richard Price.
What sport would you be playing if you weren’t fencing? If I wasn’t fencing, I would probably be playing tennis or practic- ing Tae Kwon Do. I stopped doing both of those when I got more serious about fencing.
What three words best describe you? Jovial, Reliable and Motivated.
Do you have any hidden talents that most people aren’t aware of? Secret Special Talent is wrestling wild animals, and usually losing.
