The School for Congregational Leadership offered courses for all kinds of ministry on Saturday, March 12. Held at All Souls’ in Point Loma, the training day included: Vestry 101, Stewardship 101, Finance and Administration 101. Roundtable discussions for wardens, vestries, treasurers, communicators, administrators, and clergy were also available. Taking it one notch deeper, afternoon courses explored ways to handle conflict, fundraising, risk management, and abiding by the disciplinary laws of the Episcopal
