group Colordarcy has joined forces with Florida agents Coldwell Banker Feltrim to set up a new database- driven client referral partnership which the two businesses says “is projected to return the companies an extra $10 million dollars in revenue over the next three years.” Colordarcy and Coldwell Banker

Feltrim have been working together on a trial basis for the last 18 months and they will concentrate their efforts on “servicing the high demand for Florida Disney Villas and tenanted apartments” using a new database system that combines the existing US Multi-Listing System (MLS) with Colordarcy’s Kaizen CRM (client record management) system. Colordarcy managing director Loxley McKenzie told OPP that “the new

We will be in a position with a click of a button to provide clients with historical prices, bank repossession data, associated costs and full details of properties including Google maps, videos and fl oor plans.” If a user wants to go further McKenzie

told OPP “clients can visit either the London or Florida offi ces to discuss their investment goals and objectives in person with a Licensed Florida Realtor. We will also be recruiting more staff to handle after sales enquiries.” McKenzie argues that “we already

Listings site www.zoopla.co.uk has become the UK’s second most popular property website, according to the latest independent data for January 2011 from the independent traffi c monitoring service Experian Hitwise. The company is thrilled with what it

calls “remarkable growth for a business that has been around for only 3 years.” Zoopla has also broken into the top

100 for all websites in the UK, and was ranked 98th by Experian Hitwise in January for share of total web pages viewed by UK users. Zoopla is now second only to

Rightmove in terms of UK property traffi c and, according to UKOM Nielsen data, the unique audience fi gures in December 2010 were 1,034,000. Over the past 12 months, Zoopla.

co.uk has seen exceptional growth with leads sent to its member agents up an impressive 368% since last January, making it one of the most important sources of enquiries for UK agents and developers. In January alone, Zoopla. co.uk recorded numerous new daily traffi c highs with almost 8 million visits during the month and 3 searches per

second being conducted on its website. Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla told OPP “we will continue to innovate and invest in making Zoopla. co.uk the UK’s leading online destination for both property search and research.” The company says that it aims “to

provide the most useful online property experience by: • displaying property listings along with value and price trend information; • providing rich property data and local market information in one place; • enabling users to search for property in a variety of customised ways; • allowing users to engage with professionals via our tools like AskMe; • building relationships between home owners and local estate agents. Zoopla’s AskAnAgent feature has

rapidly become a popular source of vendor leads for UK estate agents. The site’s service provides value estimates on every home in the UK - all 27 million of them - and calculates estimates using a formula that continuously analyses millions of data points relating to property sales and home characteristics throughout the country.

In addition there is our aftercare service in the UK and our USA client management contact centre. The Colordarcy – Coldwell Banker Feltrim partnership will basically take our clients experience to the next level.” Also, from a business point of

view the two firms hope that the “economies of scale” involved in coming together should help to trim at least US $10 million off their combined marketing, IT and sales costs over the next three years. Colordarcy’s investment advisory

service also includes sales support, finding tenants, financial assistance, viewing trips and currency services. It works in Brazil, Egypt, France, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Florida and Atlanta.
