Finalists: Lorol for its communication plan, which has supported staff in the transformation of London Overground into a modern metro style railway Nexus for its communication system Be Up To Date, which kept staff informed during the process of procuring an operating concession Docklands Light Railway for its internal communications programme set up to work towards the delivery of services during the Olympic Games GB Railfreight for its code of conduct for staff briefing and internal communications, keeping employees fully informed of their roles and responsibilities, as well as briefings on company business
