WISHING YOU RAINBOWS & SUNSHINE by Lea Lawson

1. Layer a pink floral paper block onto the front of a yellow card base.

2. Adhere a panel of blue damask paper to the right side of the card and attach a scalloped border punched from brown polka dot paper on the left side; layer a piece of yellow polka dot ribbon and a pink paper frill over the left edge of the blue panel.

3. Tie more of the yellow polka dot ribbon into a bow and adhere it to the bottom of the first ribbon. Stitch a pink button with twine to the bow.

4. Cut a sun at 6" from colorful striped paper using the Graphically Speaking cartridge and adhere it in the bottom right corner of the card, trimming the excess.

5. Stamp a sentiment in pink ink on a strip of white cardstock and embellish it with a pink, yellow, and blue jewel; adhere it across the bottom of the card.

6. Stamp a rainbow in black ink on white cardstock and color it with pink, yellow, and blue chalk. Cut it out and attach it to the top of the sentiment strip.
