Weatherite's ventilation solution for John Lewis A new cooling fan coil unit (FCU) system from Weatherite Building Services has helped to enhance the working environment at the London head offi ce of the John Lewis Partnership. The project is part of a continuing programme to upgrade the building services, improving the building's energy effi ciency and performance, while also permitting regular access for future maintenance. Pump up the energy effi ciency One successful BSF project was the new Bexhill High School, which caters for 1,650 pupils, including some with special needs. The £40m building, which opened late last year, incorporates a range of specialist learning zones – each of which can accommodate up to 90 pupils.
