MCCA is not responsible for any expenses associated with travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by the registrant, including in the event that MCCA must cancel the conference for any reason. Audio or video recording or transcription of any portion of the seminar is prohibited unless express consent is granted by MCCA.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS All cancellations must be received in writing; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations received in writing by February 18, 2011 will be fully refunded minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Individuals canceling in writing after February 18 but prior to March 11 will receive a full credit towards attendance at MCCA’s 11th Annual CLE Expo (only monies paid for the10th Annual CLE Expo will be credited; after applying credit, any balance due is the responsibility of the registrant). If written confirmation of cancellation is not received by March 11, no refunds or credits will be issued of any kind. Credits will be processed after the meeting. Substitutions are always welcome; please submit a written request along with a completed registration form for the new individual in order to transfer the registration. Cancellations and requests for substitutions should be submitted to
