Over three days, this unique event aims to showcase best practice in the world of corporate sustainability, while provid- ing visitors access to the solutions and technology in the market designed to aid the effective business adoption of sustain- ability principles.
Echoing the content of the magazine,
the Sustainable Business – The Event platform features a fantastic array of busi- ness leaders, scientists, academics and policymakers, eager to share their experi- ence, expertise and solutions. Speak- ers lined up to take part include: Mike Nightingale, head of sustainability, British American Tobacco; Richard Ellis, director of CSR, Alliance Boots Group; Michael Townsend, CEO, Earthshine Solutions; Ramon Arratia, European sustainability director, InterfaceFLOR; Ian Hagg, head of CSR, Findus Group; and Patricia Wain- wright, head of sustainability, Amey. Among the companies participating in the exhibition are: BSI; Parsons Brincker- hoff; Siemens; NQA; ERM; and Toshiba. Sustainable Business – The Event is
part of Sustainabilitylive! which incorpo- rates Environmental Technology (ET), the National Energy Management Exhibition (NEMEX), Brownfield Expo (BEX) and the International Water Exhibition (IWEX), as well as Sustainable Business – The Event. Running alongside the event will be the Major Energy Users’ Council’s Tomorrow’s Energy World event, the British Water and IWEX Summit for the UK Supply Chain, the UKTI’s Meet The Buyers event, and the Institute of Water’s Drilling and Tap- ping Competition.
