Glenn Clark, Rockwood Insurance and Target Markets Founder

Insurance programs have been operating for at least fi ve decades. But until 2001, program administrators had few opportunities to gather with others who are solely focused on their profession.

Glenn Clark was a prime mover in starting the Target Markets series of conferences and events that gather together program administrators, carriers that serve the program market, third-party administrators and other service providers.

What makes program writers different from more general insurance distributors is their unique form of compensation in that they share in the success of their underwriting and also have extensive requirements for specialized technology and record- keeping.
