MBE 2010 10 to 11 November, Olympia 2, London

Where can you meet and do business with the UK’s key lenders and hear insights into the Mortgage Market Review? This year’s Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) takes place at Olympia 2, London, on November 10-11. Serving the needs of the financial intermediary market, MBE 2010 is a free to attend exhibition which will provide you with unrivalled access to residential and buy-to-let lenders. Visit Mortgage Business Expo and talk to lenders, access key suppliers and source unique funding solutions to assess for your clients. With more lenders on the exhibition floor, this year’s event gives provides unrivalled access to residential and buy-to-let lenders. This year’s event will showcase exhibitors in the following product areas: residential mortgage lending, buy-to-let mortgages, commercial mortgages, debt management, general insurance and protection, specialist distributors and bridging.

The lenders on the MBE 2010 exhibition floor include Nationwide for Intermediaries, Northern Rock, The Woolwich, NatWest Intermediary Solutions, Platform, Aldermore Residential Mortgages, The Mortgage Works, Bath Building Society and GE Money Home Lending. The lenders will be joined over 80 key suppliers exhibiting at MBE 2010 who are keen to develop intermediary relationships and provide you with mortgage solutions. Mortgage Business Expo will also play host to a series of free to attend seminars. Led by AMI, the seminars will feature the FSA and debate market trends and forecasts with over 20 key industry experts.

The two day seminar programme will

focus on the Mortgage Market Review. One of the major issues throughout the last year has been the FSA’s Mortgage Market Review. The Review has gone from discussion, to consultation, to policy and some final rules, and as we are still caught in the middle of the process, there remain a series of challenges ahead. The seminars provide the opportunity to

hear from the FSA director responsible for policy, and mortgages in particular, on her take on the key issues and proposals. The main issue still at the heart of the debate is around the distribution elements of the proposals so the seminar programme focusses attention on these and other hot topics.

Confirmed seminar speakers to date include representatives from: Jonathon Cornell Consulting, Leadbay, Mortgage Brain, FSA, Intelliflo, Tiuta, LV=, Assurant Intermediary, Paymentshield, London and Country Mortgages, Legal and General, PMS and Aldermore. To register as a free to attend visitor go to www.mortgagebusinessexpo.com
