It’s our basting that makes them really different. We have a method of basting that allows our special recipe to permeate the meat deeply. . . deeper than any other method. As a result, you get meat that is juicier and more succulent than we think you’ve ever tasted. We have applied this to our pork and poultry for a sweet and tender meal. And that’s not all. Once we’ve basted them, we rub them with our own mixture of country sorghum, brown sugar, and pure clover honey to make them sweet on the outside, as well as in the inside. Then, before there is any chance for the goodness to escape, we flash-freeze the product within minutes to lock in the flavor and juiciness.
