ummer is a reflective time. The warmth and beauty of the season remind us to look around. We can turn to tasks long put off or simply take a moment to breathe. As we move into August, we find ourselves rejuvenated and eager for the fast-approaching new school year. In this issue, read about the accomplishments of the year behind us and the plans for the year ahead. There’s exciting news from Rome, including
the launch of a campaign to revitalize the re- cently purchased permanent home of the John Felice Rome Center. Plans for new facilities and initiatives promise a bright future for this beloved program (pg. 15).
