The depth of our experience allows DCP to undertake all aspects of work in both the public and private sector. We employ professionally qualified staff from a range of construction backgrounds.
DCP have successfully completed projects ranging from extensive refurbishment of high end residential properties for exclusive clientele, through to retail units and city centre offices.
Also our skills have been used for many new build schemes such as academies and “Building Schools for the Future,” as well as Government Health Care centre schemes. Whatever the eventual use, DCP can help design, recommend, supply and install the most suitable solution to meet your requirements.
Steel Frame Systems
DCP are a specialist contractor offering a wide range of skills, knowledge and expertise in cold- rolled Steel Frame Systems, supplied by all the leading manufacturing companies within our industry. We are installers of Metsec, and many other Steel Frame Systems, across the UK. Our labour force is well placed to service projects of all types, styles and complexity, with the added benefit of long standing trading relationships with our supply chain.
Fire Protection
DCP, as part of our services, offer passive fire protection installation. We undertake fire protection boarding and fire stopping of penetrations as part of our drylining & ceiling services because many of the fire protection measures required are a result of other trades going through our drywall and ceiling installation. Ceilings
Our expertise and skills enable us to install all types of suspended ceiling systems including metal tile systems, bespoke acoustic baffles and sound attenuators.
Our supply chain includes SAS International, Burgess Hunter Douglas, Ecophon, Rockfon and Armstrong.
Screeding
DCP can install a variety of floor screeds to accommodate all needs.
Partitions
DCP’s experienced in- house management and labour resources carry out fixed and demountable partitioning projects of all sizes. These activities were recently acknowledged by the award winning work completed at Leigh Academy, where the benefits of combining these disciplines enabled the work to be completed on time and within budget.
