Pilot pri, in partnership with the homeless agency, designed and conducted a significant interagency case management pilot in 2008 & 2009. interagency protocols were developed in 2007 by over twenty drugs and housing services and cover all aspects of case management. the protocols are accessible here. the pilot was significant in scope, involving 59 case managers from 38 services and 111 service users. training sessions were provided for staff and managers, and a third level education programme specific to the needs of the engaged services was developed. the findings of the pilot were that it benefited service users, provided clarity for case managers and improved general service delivery from the perspective of service managers. the evaluation of the pilot can be downloaded fromhere.
