You will be required to provide technician support to the art department, through the preparation of materials, creation of displays, supporting the students and general house keeping. You must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
Pastoral Administration Assistant

Start date is anticipated to be beginning of June.
You will be required to provide administrative support to the pastoral team, especially Heads of House and Cross Year Coordinator, and to support the work in a wider sense of the pastoral team. You will be expected to work independently, with the students and staff, to carry out other duties such as investigating minor incidents and supporting students as a first port of call.

Duties include photocopying, laminating, DVD recording, binding booklets, e-mailing and monitoring stock levels. Must be flexible, reliable and enthusiastic and relate positively to pupils and staff. An ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads is essential. 28 hours per week, term-time only. Monday to Thursday 10.45am to 5.00pm and Friday 11.00am to 4.30pm (with a half hour unpaid lunchbreak each day). Some negotiation on the start and finish times could be considered.
