Ordering furniture from this catalogue is simple and easy. Please do not hesitate to contact our Regional Accounts Managers or Customer Service Department with any questions, or to request additional information and prices.

Orders must be placed in writing and include the following:
n Product codes with any options, including the quotation reference or tender number
n Colour and range detail n Quantity n Delivery address n Desired delivery date n Contact details including telephone number
order acknowledgment
Order acknowledgements will be sent within 48 hours. These must be checked carefully. Please advise us immediately if you have any queries.

All dimensions and printed colour swatches are approximate, however Carleton Furniture Group Ltd. has taken every care to ensure that these and descriptions are accurate at the time of going to press. Products are supplied as single items unless otherwise stated.

order changes
Contact us immediately should you wish to change your order. Manufacture may commence immediately after receipt of your instructions. It may not be possible to change specification or cancel your order. Carleton Furniture Group will notify the client in advance of any expected problems in meeting delivery dates.
order processing
We regret that we cannot process orders or allocate them to a production schedule until we have received all the necessary information, covering fabrics, colours, delivery address and required delivery dates. Once this information is confirmed, all orders will be processed.
