of college recruiting experience to the
position, most recently from Southern
Nazarene University, where he was
director of admissions.
Rogers was previously director of re-
cruitment for Olivet Nazarene Univer-
sity where he completed a B.A. in Communications and a Master
of Arts in Religion.
He has a passion for Christian higher education and actively
advocates for it in his college recruitment endeavors and as a
