The Mart Center: Everything Within Reach
Mart Center Retail is a collection of specialty shops, service entities and eating
establishments located on the first and second floors of the world-famous Merchandise
Mart and 350 W. Mart Center. Mart Center Retail is comprised of retailers ranging
from the United States Postal Service and Fifth Third Bank to gourmet shops and
white tablecloth dining; something for everyone. The Mart Center is proud to be one
of the largest LEED-certified campuses in the world. We are committed to continually
increasing our sustainable initiatives in this property and the community we serve.
Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza
The Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza is committed to making your stay as comfortable
as possible by focusing on all aspects of the environment, and in 2009 became Chicago’s
first LEED-certified hotel. The hotel is located at 350 W. Mart Center Drive with the
