Today the Columbia is Florida’s oldest
restaurant, and is still preparing the same
great food, but we are doing it in our new
6,000 sq. foot, state-of-the-art kitchen...
as a matter of fact, today it’s Florida’s
most modern kitchen. T_he Columbia
has been leading the way for Florida
restaurants for over 100 years and still
