Around Town
Transportation across Tampa Bay is available by motor
coach, shuttle systems, taxis and rental cars to help keep
travelers on the move. The convenient TECO Line Streetcar
System offers a 2.4-mile route stretching from historic
Ybor City to Channelside Bay Plaza and the convention
center core. Or take a stroll and enjoy the many beautiful
waterfront areas and pathways throughout Tampa Bay,
from the scenic Tampa Riverwalk stretching through
downtown Tampa to Bayshore Boulevard, the world’s
longest continuous sidewalk.
Around Florida
Three major interstate highways keep the area
well connected throughout Tampa Bay, with easy
access to Orlando, Sarasota, Ft. Myers and the
east coast of Florida.
On Water
In addition to multiple area dining cruises, boat
charters and tours, major cruise lines set sail from
Tampa’s terminals adjacent to Channelside Bay Plaza,
including Carnival, Holland America and Royal
Caribbean, traveling to destinations in the western
and southern Caribbean.
