Birmingham City University is seeking to recruit a client side Senior Project
Manager with an Engineering and ICT background to support the delivery of
its ambitious new 28,000m2 City Centre Campus development.
You will take a lead role in ensuring that the Universities servicing and ICT

strategies are delivered through the consultant design team and be pivotal in
vacancies in print and online
achieving a fully integrated smart building solution through detailed design,
commissioning and ultimate occupation.
To succeed you will hold an appropriate degree and ideally a professional
qualification, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of a wide range of
integrated building engineering solutions. You should be able to demonstrate
project management experience at a senior level within a large organisation
and possess excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
The University seeks to be a single status employer and benefits include up
to 32 days annual holiday, an index linked contributory pension scheme and
