The Tournaments
The competitions are 6 a side, with the men’s
tournament held on the Saturday and the Ladies event
on the Sunday.
We are expecting teams from throughout the UK to
participate, including many Cornish teams. Games
will be 2 x 10 minutes, with each team guaranteed
a minimum of 6 games. There will be trophies and
medals for winners and runners up.
Accommodation
The superb Smugglers Haven Holiday Park is located
just 10 minutes drive from the centre of the resort.
Facilities include indoor swimming pool, supermarket,
3 bars and nightclub. Accommodation is provided
in 4, 6 and 8 berth caravans, fitted with bathroom,
kitchenette and TV.
Hotel accommodation in the centre of Newquay
is available at a supplement.
Travel
ISL can arrange mini-coach or full size coach hire
for the weekend, including executive vehicles.
Flights operate from London and regional airports,
many of the low cost airlines fly direct to Newquay.
Group Save tickets are available for parties of
10 persons or more travelling by rail.
The A30 Exeter -Cornwall dual carriageway has
recently been upgraded meaning reduced travelling
times to Newquay.
Price
The price is £69 per person for 3 nights, inclusive of
accommodation plus £30 team entry fee. Transport
is not included.
The lads really enjoyed the weekend and we are
thinking of bringing a few teams down next year
