This stole/shawl is worked in two
halves from the centre out, with the
second half being worked up from
the cast-on chain.
The lace pattern is worked over
a multiple of 24 + 2 sts. Add or
subtract pattern repeats if you
choose to alter the width of the stole.
PatteRn aBBReviatiOns
Cluster: Tr into next st, but do not
draw through last 2 loops, leaving
them on the hook, repeat another 2
times, and then loop yarn around
hook and draw through all 4 loops
on hook. You can increase the
number of trebles in the crochet to 5,
7 or 9, to create more of a feature.

YaRn alteRnatives Row 7: Ch1, dc into dc from below, * ch5, length you require. Finish on Row 4 or 7.
Save • Malabrigo, Laceweight dc into 3rd ch sp, ch2, ** cluster into next Turn work and using initial chain, repeat

ending with dc into 2nd ch sp. Turn. side.
Repeat rows 2-7 until you have half the Block and wear!
