C³ Tours: Behind the Scenes at Cool Cambridge Companies
Attendees at the third C³ Tour got a “behind the scenes” look at Microsoft’s New England Research and Development center (NERD). After mingling over drinks and fabulous food from Broadway Gourmet, they heard about three areas of focus of the center, Microsoft Research, Microsoft startup lab, and mature product development. Then attendees went on a tour of the very cool facility, which features an open design, recycled building materials, fabulous views, a ping pong table and a tree house.
