In addition to Pride’s activism in the lGBt Civil Rights Movement, the organiza-
tion has raised and distributed $1.3 million to a host of community organiza-
tions and charities, including $609,000 to help fund vital programs of the San
Diego lGBt Community Center. when you participate in the annual San Diego
lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, transgender Pride celebration, you are supporting many
community organizations that are vital to the health and well-being of the entire
lGBt community.
In 2008, San Diego Pride donated $125,150 to a wide variety of organizations.
