Steve started using Pilates as a stress-reliever from the intensity of his corporate and non-profi t work, and then he opened his own Pilates studio. A certifi ed instruc- tor in all levels of Mat and Stand- ing Mat Instruction as well as Equipment Instruction and Pilates Rehabilitation, his equestrian cli- ents consist of riders, trainers, and competitors. He will be presenting at AmerEquine with a horse and rider present.

Danny, a master saddle fi tter for over 20 years, travels the world fi tting saddles and lecturing on the importance of a correctly fi tted saddle. After studying the anatomy and biomechanics of horses, Mr. Kroetch’s research led him to develop his own line of innovative, fully adjustable saddles. His com- pany, DK Saddlery, is currently the largest exporter of English saddles to Europe.

Debra is the founder and owner of Crest Ridge Saddlery of Lowry City, Mo. Debra’s extensive experience in fi tting saddles to horses, gained through her 17 years as a trail guide at her own North-Central Ar- kansas horseman’s resort, supplied the impetus for her to start Crest Ridge Saddlery, whose saddles are built by Amish craftsmen in many parts of the U.S.

Dr. Williams earned her Masters Degree and Doctorate in Animal Science (with emphasis in equine behavior, learning and welfare) at
Texas A&M University while she was actively working in the fi eld of Animal Rescue. She writes health, behavior, and rescue articles for magazines including EQUUS, Dog Fancy, Cat Fancy, AQHA Journal and other publications.

Bruce has been a part of Global Animal Management for the past 12 years and has played a critical role in the launching of eyeD™ in the fall of 2011. He currently man- ages the U.S. sales team for Global Animal Management, which as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Merck Animal Health, the animal identifi - cation technology leader.

Dr. Anderson’s studies have included the change in equine conformation with age, the role of conformation in racing and perfor- mance horses, and the relationship between conformation and or- thopedic diseases in performance horses. She is an AQHA and NSBA certifi ed judge, and her family is ac- tive in showing Quarter Horses.
