CoP Band
P
/M Barry Donaldson reports:
The band is now six months
oldandhasitsfirstengagement
at the Blackburn Gala day on 15th
June. This will be an excellent
opportunity for all members to
perform in public, many for the first
time and in addition the fee will
enable the band to purchase some
essentials. Although the band has
gained significantly in its pipe section
strength, drummers are a scarce
commodity. We would welcome
interest from percussionists who wish
to become involved in what is
shaping up to be a great initiative.
