Bid numbers must be legible on the bid sheet for the bid to be valid.
Children enjoy bidding on some items. Please talk with your children about whether they can bid,
and what their limits are. Parents are responsible for their children’s bids.
Meriwether mixers ticket prices are indicated on the bid sheet and are sold on a first-come/first-
served basis up to the number indicated.
Bidding for all items will start at 5:30.
Class Projects and Teacher Donations will close at 7:30.
All other auctions will close in stages starting at 7:30.
There will be signs posted to notify you of the closing times.
Payment may be made by check or cash. IF you cannot pick up your item on the night of the
auction, you will be notified of your winning bid on Tuesday, April 28th through backpack mail.
You may then pick up your item Wednesday, April 29th through Friday, April 31st between 7:45
and 8:15am from the stage.
