Are all products from Cantifix available to buy online?
No. Cantifix have a large range of other products which it sells and installs in the Greater London and
Southern region. The range from Cantifixonline has been specifically chosen to complement the full
range but with a more modular approach to suit customers who wish to buy and install themselves.

How do I change my online account information?
If you wish to change or update your online personal data or project information simply click on `Find
Project` in the top menu bar. Then enter your project code and passcode and you will then be able to
change some of the details that you originally provided.
Will I get an order acknowledgement?
Yes. We will send you an acknowledgement email notifying that your order has been received and will
be processed shortly.
If you have not received this email within 72 hours of placing your order then please send our
Customer Service team an email at
sales@cantifixonline.com.
Normally within 2 working days from the date of sending the acknowledgement e-mail Cantifix will
send an order acceptance e-mail which will confirm your order and, in accordance with our terms and
conditions, this will establish the contract to purchase.
All emails will be sent to the email address provided and you may need to ensure web-wash and other
spam filters are switched off. Unfortunately Cantifix can not take responsibility for the safe arrival of
e-mails sent.
When will payment be taken?
Payment will be processed at the time of order acceptance. Depending upon the payment processing
unit and the requirements of your own bank, payment will be taken shortly thereafter.
When will my products be delivered?
An exact delivery date can not be confirmed until after your order has been completed and the goods
ready for despatch. When you request an online quote you will be given an estimated date of delivery
and this date will be revised until the point your order is accepted.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
First of all, view your order online. If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the
expected time period, please email our Customer Services Representatives or call us on 020 8203
9203 any time between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday only.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
If you have ordered more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent
out in separate despatches depending on the quantity purchased and therefore may arrive
separately. However, if this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in
the order confirmation email sent to you, please email our Customer Services Representatives or call
us on 020 8203 9203 any time between 09:00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday only.
