Miss Flavour 2008
The second annual Miss Flavour
beauty pageant was held on
Wednesday 5th November at
Sound, Leicester Square. Hosted by
entertainers JcX n Slick and Pretty
Polly model Sasha Parker, the night
kicked off with an upbeat performance
from urban rock act Kaya who set the
scene for the night and prepared the
audience for the biggest showcase yet
of London’s finest young ladies.
Fourteen contestants battled it out

Bennett who wowed the judges to be
crowned Miss Flavour 2008. Venita
Marie Akpo was the runner up and
Deena Woollard came third.
Ashley Walters, Nadia from Booty
Luv, Mr Midas, Giggs, TV present-
ers Angellica Bell and her boyfriend
Michael Underwood, rapper DJ Ironik,
comedian’s Kojo and Eddie Kadi and
Adam Deacon and Arnold Oceng
Hosts: Entertainers JcX n Slick Top Boyz : Andrew Foster, DJ Kae,
from Adulthood were just some of the
entertaining the crowd on stage Quick Silver, Mitchel Tate
celebrities present on the night.
The finals also featured live
performances by one of the hottest
unsigned rappers Artcha, bassline
heavyweights Delinquent and Donaeo,
whose performance of Devil In A Blue
