The Devonshire Park Hotel is an elegant Victorian Property located in one of
Eastbourne’s finest positions. In the heart of the Cultural and Theatre District –
opposite Devonshire Park, The Cultural Centre and The Congress Theatre – the
Hotel is only a short walk to the shopping centre and just 150m from the
Seafront’s main promenade, with easy access to all local tourist attractions.
The Hotel offers a peaceful and traditional feel throughout and is furnished with
your comfort in mind. Our bedrooms are spacious, and our two lounges offer
relaxed environments in which to socialise or simply relax with a good book.
All front rooms overlook the Cultural Centre with some views through to the
International Tennis Centre, whilst our rear rooms look over the Victorian
Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

offer a varied daily menu at both Breakfast and Dinner. Light Lunches are served
in the bar or alfresco on the front lawn and a Three Course Sunday Lunch is
available in the Restaurant. Food is locally sourced where possible and prepared
fresh each day, offering excellent quality and variety of choice.
