Complaints advice
In the unlikely event of having to complain about any aspect
of your holiday accommodation during your stay, we
recommend that you bring your particular complaint to the
attention of the management or proprietors of the
establishment as quickly as possible, so that any problems
may be remedied at the time.
If there is no improvement you should call in personally at the
Tourist Information Centre for a Complaints Form or phone or
write to the Accommodation Manager (details below) or
contact the Eastbourne Hospitality Association if the
establishment in question is a member, so that the matter can
be dealt with whilst you are here.
Do not wait until you have returned home to voice your
complaint. Remember that most causes for complaint can be
put right by taking the correct action at the time.
