The Whackey Hat is the last official Yankee Beemer campout of the season. In its first year the YBs didn’t let a bit of rain spoil the fun so in a fit of PMS (parked motor- cycle syndrome) the attendees started craft- ing hats out of whatever they could find. Soon judges were recruited to decide the “best” hat.
